"Staff helpful and welcoming. The hotel is the bottom 2 floors of a high rise building. The rooms are a bit drab, and the lighting poor, but there is a kettle and tea/coffee. It is in the Mardin new town, in the suburbs, so you always have to take a bus or a dolmus to get to where the action is - definitely out on the limb. Breakfast is plentiful. A reasonably priced hotel for families, not for those who may want to enjoy an evening out."

They switched our room for a horrible smelly one, and blamed it on Expedia booking ( don't believe it for a second) and one of the manager was incredibly rude. "My friend and I visited Mardin during a snowstorm. The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. In short they were very accommodating and hospitable….. They were extremely helpful with parking and retrieving our car during deep snow conditions. The room was very comfortable and I loved the restroom with big shower. The views from the room was amazing. The hotel itself is decorated beautifully… but truly the gem of the hotel is the GM. We shall be returning again and again. "
