"This is a great base for skiing Mammoth Mountain. The location is close to groceries, restaurants, ski shops. It is just a short drive to our favorite parking area. We did not try the shuttle. The condo is a little long in the tooth, but serves the purpose at a reasonable price. The place could use some maintenance on the heat and plumbing. "

"There is a list of fines for such items as leaving blinds open, not putting items in dishwasher, not setting temperature in EACH room, not taking out trash etc. We felt like we were working for the management company, not enjoying a vacation! And we paid a cleaning fee too! Won’t stay there again. "

"The Good- it was only dirty in a few areas. The Bad- it was filthy in other areas. The Ugly- after calling the minute we we saw the room. Christina came by and we pointed some of the bad areas to her. We left for the night only to come back to find that only a small portion of what was wrong was fixed. The Even Uglier- i texted back and forth during the weekend only to get "sorry for the inconvenience", "thanks for staying with us"and "well fix this for the future." Ya that helps me."
