"I had the best time staying here. The team members went above and beyond to make sure my stay was special. Everyone was so kind, remembered my name and validated often to make sure my stay was perfect and it really was! I even got a few surprises like coconut water at my door with flowers. I only had the breakfast buffet but I was more than satisfied with the variety offered and the taste. The pools and grounds were maintained daily, as well as the room had I wished for it (I didn’t need daily housekeeping personally) I just wanted to rest but had I wanted to do activities, there was a desk where guests could choose from various options and going back to the mainland was possible and accessible whenever we wanted. Being a solo female traveler, I had a problem with a male guest who made me feel uncomfortable but management took this very seriously and dealt with it. I felt very safe. Very grateful for my experience and vacation."
