"The property was fine but we made the mistake of booking one of their day tours of the pyramids and the Sphinx; it turned out to be very expensive and not what we thought it was going to be. The roof terrace is lovely and the staff are all super friendly but it was very expensive compared to any where else we had eaten in Egypt."

"The roof top veiw was amazing, staff were friendly and helpful , booked a trip also through hotel very helpful, arrived early so room wasn't ready so put us in a different room , which didn't have a veiw , but helped us get a good night sleep as outside was busy and this room was quiet. "

"We weren't here long enough to enjoy the facilities. Only stayed one night to go to the Pyramids which was really easy to get to, about 5-10mins in an Uber for a few pounds. The rooms were very nice, great shower what you will expect in a 5* hotel. Breakfast was nice too. Staff are all really nice and helpful too"

"I really enjoyed my stay, I was treated exceptional and having airport transportation both ways was a major plus as I arrived at 3AM and departed at 2AM and this was included in my hotel reservation at no additional cost. "Pool & leisure facilities excellent, wonderful massage service in the spa, genuine resort atmosphere. Service really good, rooms are clean, staff friendly and helpful. Food was ok, nothing special but plentiful via the buffet facility and at the poolside. Prices seemed high for the food as they did for transport which is essential given that the one downside of the hotel is that it is isolated on a main road, you can't really walk anywhere. $28 plus tips to get to the nearby new museum and back...

Zayan it’s the best, he was attentive all our trip long, he made accommodations to pick us up from the airport and he facilitated our excursions with guides on our language. "I don't think I could say enough good things about this hotel. When I first arrived I had a problem with my credit card getting declined. Omar took the time to help me call the credit card company and get the problem resolved. All the different staff at the front desk were super nice and made me feel welcome. "We enjoyed our stay, the food was great, facilities were clean and well maintained. Our room service was spot on and when we left the 'Do not disturb' sign on the door one day and the staff did not clean the room - the next day they left a lovely bowl of fruit to say sorry. The pool and pool area was wonderful. We will be staying here on our next visit to Cairo and recommend this delightful hotel."

"Perfect location for a pyramids visit. Very Noisy area though as the roads are chaotic. The staff were all brilliant and went over and above to help us out when we had a family medical issue, even sending a member of staff with us to the hospital to translate. Rooms are small but convenient and clean, Rooftop Restaurant is nice and cheap with a good selection, and incredible views No other reason to stay in the area though unless you want to venture to the chaos of Giza itself."

"Our stay was amazing. They treated us with kindness and hospitality. They exceeded our expectations. From the airport pick up to the drop off. Rawda, ran the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. They even decorated our room ( 10 year anniversary) with balloons and roses. We are so happy and definitely we are coming back next year. "

"Hotel staff is super super extra Nice.Room was average not too big not too small.But rooms are not soundproof.Hotel is on busiest street.you can hear Dogs barking early in the morning.Traffic horn won't let you sleep.lots of dust outside.But again hotel staff was great.Good breakfast on roof.i think next time i will try different location.
