"Went for the first time to Cairo, had our doubts but soooo worth the visit. If you get the chance to upgrade the room to suite do it. We stayed at a suite with garden, zoo and pyramid views breathtaking. The service is exceptional, the room service meals amazing. Well worth the price. Would stay there a million times more. We were sooo sad to leave. They made our stay unforgettable. "

I think they can benefit from a customer service awareness course as some of them was below standard specially on the bar area in our arrival it took the guy 45 minutes to get us 2 club sandwiches and when they eventually arrived the sandwich and the chips were called. "Amazing view of the Pyramids of Giza. The night i arrived was a very clear night and my balcony had the best view. They assigned me a person driver to pick me up from the airport and a tour guide, I asked about food on the way from the airport to the hotel and they held the kitchen open for me to arrive. All staff were very kind and protective of me, as I traveled to Cairo alone. My driver escorted me on all my excursions, he protected me from scammers and so did my guide. I was very fortunate...
