"I love this resort. The infinity pool is amazing and the quality of the breakfast buffet was so good. The staff service quality is excellent. I would come back. BUT one night we found a cockroach in our bedroom. We reported it to the reception and they apologies and gave free chocolate and a totebag. Just be cautious to not accidentally take a cockroach back to your home "

"Although we were very disappointed in the beginning because we were placed at the back building, not in the beachfront ( website was misleading)…. Our emotions changed after meeting the staff. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. They were so respectful. I lost one pair of my earrings and the entire staff/ management helped us looked for it. Their gestures were so touching. It gave me a sense of comfort even my heart was aching. The food was good and had very nice presentations. I am recommending Hennan Prime. "

"I accompanied my girlfriend and her two children where we stayed for six nights, benefiting from daily maid service. Each morning, the children and my girlfriend eagerly anticipated the complimentary breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of foods, with different selections available each day. We occupied a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, which featured ample room and large king beds. My only criticism revolves around the absence of napkins in the kitchen and tissues in the bedroom, although the bathroom toiletries were replenished daily. The main pool was sizable; however, it was unfortunate that the children's pool was not operational. As an American visiting the Philippines, I observed that many breakfast items tended to be quite sweet, as sugar seems to be a prevalent ingredient in local cuisine. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, with proximity to the beach being a significant advantage. Regrettably, much like other areas, the concrete sidewalks leading to the beach were in a state of considerable disrepair, posing potential hazards for pedestrians who are not sure-footed. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating and went out of their way to please us. "
