"This is our second time staying here and we’re glad we did! We had plenty of options as far as accommodations but we based our decision from our past experience and this won’t be the last. You can’t beat the exceptional service from the staff who goes above and beyond for you. A few hours before our departure from Caticlan, we were informed the ship canceled the scheduled sailing. We had a very important family event to attend and Chris from guest services made sure we’re able to get a ride/speed boat to take us to our destination. You can’t beat that kind of service and dedication. We will definitely be back! "

"All the staff are friendly and especially Nicole (front desk) who's very attentive, efficient and understanding as we arrived really early, tired and hungry she took all our luggage, recommended places to eat and offered their facility to relax. Big clean and tidy rooms,friendly staff, excellent food and love the activities (my family enjoyed the foam party). "
