"We booked for a family room of 2 + 3 children, 2 double beds + 1 single bed, and got 1 double bed and another single bed. After showing them the mistake, they sent us another single bed with no pillow, blanket or sheets. Only after going to the laundry room ourselves, we took the bed sheets needed for that single bed. The smallest child had to sleep with us. They didn't have a pillow or a bed for him."
