"All of the staff were so kind! They give you their Whatsapp so you can message them whenever you need anything. They can help with transportation, and when I told them that I was going to buy new sandals cause mine broke, they gave me a ride there on the back of one of their scooters for free! The view is the best I had in all of Thailand, and that is not an exaggeration. Wake up early for the sunrise... "I think this place could be very good but it needs some work. Just a few things would make it excellent. My door had to be lifted up to be locked. There were no contact details or Wi-Fi passwords anywhere. I couldn’t get the shower above cold and the bed was REALLY hard. Maybe a few more pics on the wall and some home comforts too. I tried to get the Wi-Fi code my message via Facebook. Both codes they gave me didn’t work. I got Hotels.com to ask but the contact they had didn’t work....

"If you're coming from anywhere as a traveller that is train bus or air... It's too far away 16km which adds another 400 baht to trip. Internet is really bad if you need it. Staff were helpful. Almost no eating facility within a mile. Tbh Sura Thani is strange. Police were helpful finding me reasonable ride to the hotel. But very few actual eating places around unless you like your pork beef chicken etc."
