"Pros: Good location. Clean. Helpful staff. Daily complimentary coffee, tea, snacks. Daily chocolate delivered to room. Cons: Property a bit dated. Dark decor not for everyone’s taste. No safe in the room. Any cons, though, were offset by the friendliness and willingness of the staff and the services provided by the hotel. Overall, a quiet and comfortable stay in a good location. "Such a sweet little place to stay! It’s central to the city which makes getting around so easy. As well as this, all the staff there, including the owners, were so friendly and accommodating!! It made our stay much more pleasant and stressfree"

"We so enjoyed our stay at Sojourn-we had the upgraded king suite.Air con and electric blinds were standouts.Bed was very comfy and the room size was really good.Its in the middle of the cbd too so very handy to everything.I would recommend to anyone.Parking was just over the road at a cost of 35 per night but thats normal in welly."

"One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in! The bathrooms are so cute, with blue tiles on the walls and copper pipes that make it look antique. Lots of privacy with curtains at your own bed, your own reading light and outlets. The hostel workers are fantastic. They host daily activities or meals. The night I stayed they made a full dinner for everyone. I would absolutely come back to this hostel"

"We were able to unload our bags in the hotel's loading bay then we went and parked our car in the car park they have an arrangement with: that all worked out fine. Our room was decorated in a slightly ...whacky style. Maybe more design over substance particularly in the bathroom where more shelving would be useful for toiletry bags. I enjoyed the deep bath but feel sorry forthecleaners as it has no shower attachment on the tap to wash down the bath walls. The shower is similarly only an overhead...

Clean and well supplied with quality body wash, shampoo etc and sustainable tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Bed comfortable. Small balcony facing north. Fabulous location just off the corner of Willis St and Cuba St. "

"Newer property….very clean. Friendly staff. A bit tricky trying to find it. Located on side road off the beaten path. Next to fire station…..luckily no alarms during our stay. Very walkable to nearly everything you could think of."

"These apartments are in an excellent location, just around the corner from Te Papa and across the road from the waterfront. Lots of nice eateries within a short walk too. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The balcony had views of the waterfront and was a lovely spot. We would definitely stay here again if coming back to Wellington."
