"The staff are amazing at this hotel. I stay at numerous hotels and the service of the staff felt like a 5 star hotel. Very friendly and accommodating! The hotel room was clean and very comfortable. Fitness room is very nice for a 3 star hotel. They also have a full size laundry room for guest to use. The breakfast and options for breakfast are good. There are even healthier options. Would definitely stay here again if in Phoenix area."

"Very clean and spacious room. The shower curtain wasn't very effective. It allowed water to run onto floor which must have been a constant problem with other guests as the tiles were loose. Other than that I enjoy my stay very much :-) "

"Nice newer hotel and amenities. Yet more of a local Residence people living there. Smoker area to close to entrance. They only clean rooms 1 time every 2weeks. Floors Hallways and laundry room get bit dirty quick. Very good laundry room with plenty of machines.."

"It was clean, quiet and in a good location. The kitchen met my needs. Suggestions: 1. Hang curtains over the blinds. The blinds make it private but they don't block out light at night. 2. There's need for a grab bar in the shower. 3. Get a real coffee maker. I drink organic coffee. I would never drink keurig coffee. "

"Room was large for our family of four. Appreciated having real dishes and silverware in the room upon arrival. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Downside was that beds were very uncomfortable, especially the pull out. Location is wonderful and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and stadium."
