"The decor was immaculate and really lovely Our room and bed were gorgeous Dinner was really so tasty . Staff were all really helpful and polite. Everything was great quality the towels and the bedding too. Breakfast was the only thing i found odd being served fruit and cereal not being able to decide how much we wanted was annpying and the toast was cold which is a pet hate . Id highly recommend this hotel and would return ."

"The hotel is closing to guests in order to take in refugees so not such a smooth operation. Not the fault of staff who were all friendly and helpful. Full marks to Kamman who kept bar open after his shift ended for late revellers. We were attending a wedding nearby so didn’t require full facilities. Breakfast ok but very busy. "

"Great location right next to the river Thames. The hotel is easy to find with good sized car park at the back. Well connected to main roads into/out of London and close to Heathrow airport. The access to the Thames path is right outside the hotel so good place to visit if you like walking along the riverbank. "
