"My father had a wonderful stay at this place. This Hotel conveniently located right next to a bus terminal and close to Bandra railway station as well. They provide filtered drinking water which is really good. You can carry your own bottle and fill it multiple times a day. "Loved the hotel decor, overall vibe and cleanliness. The room was spacious and I had a nice few of the street. Convenient bar/restaurants/coffee shop in the hotel. My shower was not working one evening (it was scolding hot water) but the front desk person brought me a bucket with colder water to mix with it so I was able to wash. "

"The staff were above and beyond helpful with meals, dry cleaning, and recommendations. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious each day. The room was large, modern, clean, and facing away from the noise of the streets. The view was lovely and private. "This is 3 star hotel so fell right within our expectations. Nothing flash but quite satisfactory. We were having dental work at Dentzz just a few minutes walk around the corner so brilliant location for that. Staff were friendly and conscientious. Wi-Fi was patchy and needed rebooting regularly in an adjacent room."

"I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall."
