"The staff were commendable. They went out of their way to satisfy us. The gym facilities were very good and were accessible during our short stay. The room was of a generous size with cushioned chairs, a desk and chair a tv and comfortable twin beds. There was not enough drawer space but that was our only criticism. We got a4 night package at a reasonable price but the hotel is not cheap. "

"We didn’t have any problems except check in was slow. Bot our driver was called by a security guard. He has been doing his job for over 20 years and come to St Regis on a number of occasions and knows the entry procedure throughly. The security manager did apologise but the guard who said it should have apologised. You staff should learn to respect everyone whether guests or anyone and question accordingly. Don’t just presume. That marred my stay."

"Found hotel easily, short taxi ride from airport (400 rupees). Convenient and we had a late (after midnight) checkin. No issues, tho I had phoned ahead to tell them we would be coming so late. The bathroom smelled after we had all showered (4 of us), but otherwise the family room was comfortable and what we needed for a 1 night stay."
