"Food is good. Maintenance is poor though. The washbasin was getting choked and the temperature of the water in the shower was inconsistent. Afzal at the salon is very competent and so is the head chef in the restaurant."

"We had a great experience staying at the hotel. The level of service at the hotel is very high, and restaurants are fantastic. The best part is the hotel has a system that keeps the air pollution to a minimum level inside. We had a wonderful but polluted view of the water from our room and the skyline on the other side of the water is excellent when you could see it. "

"Nice hotel but nothing around it. Some restaurant staff were great while a lot of them were in another world. The reception and bell boy staff were very good "

"Really disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay. If we had know in advance, we would have cancelled our booking and stayed elsewhere. Don’t really expect that from Four Seasons, thought that it would have been made abundantly clear to us on booking."

"I loved how different the building was and the beautiful way it was kept. The staff were delightful and caring. Id like to thank the front desk people Prayonya (sorry if that's spelt wrong) for all her help with transport. Also Alpa and the breakfast staff for always making me feel at home and well fed. The only suggestion I would make is perhaps a smoking area for smokers and maybe add a small fridge to the rooms. But I enjoyed my stay thoroughly and was sad to leave. Thanks again.🙏😊"
