"The very first day early morning something suspicious happened someone was just hitting very hard on the wall we heard someone was screaming and we heard the glass breaking we all 4 people were terrified & shocked when we tried to call the desk nobody responded & when I called the manager on his whatsup number then the front desk people came up & the reason of such nuisances they gave was totally not acceptable I personally won’t ever come back to this property again "

"My father had a wonderful stay at this place. This Hotel conveniently located right next to a bus terminal and close to Bandra railway station as well. They provide filtered drinking water which is really good. You can carry your own bottle and fill it multiple times a day. AVOID this hotel

"Beds are riddled with bedbugs. Had to go to Doctor who confirmed it was bites from bedbugs and had to get a prescription. Despite the evidence the hotel tried to deny but nobody working behind the desk are medical experts so no refund despite having to move hotel !!! Avoid at all costs - absolutely disgusting"
