The staff were extremely unhelpful and facilities stated on their website were not available, for example laundry services. Throughout our stay of 9 nights, housekeeping was only done once. Toilet was extremely smelly as well.

It was very confortable. The staff service were so nice. That's pity after two times the staff for the shower, in the bathroom didn't resolved our problem, because the water didn't move very fast, after a shower. However, we're love it the place, the quarter and it was a very attention staff. Great, thank you.

We couldn’t stay in the property, we were told that due to a water leak in the upper part of the property. He couldn’t speak English and another resident had to explain to us. Then he dropped us in another hotel for the first night, but didn’t inform the staff if we would be able to stay in there for the other 2 nights. We had drive back to the hotel and he drove us to a hostel for another night. Then we spent our last night in the airport u all right as our flight was early morning. This spoiled our trip and I will be contacting Expedia to get refund

Para empezar en la recepción no había nadie, tuvimos que llamar, vino el gerente en estado de ebriedad, con olor fuerte a alcohol y falta de elocuencia al hablar, por no mencionar su actitud prepotente. No pudieron ubicarnos hasta media hora después. Al entrar el suelo de la habitación estaba sucio y había un montón de hormigas, además las sábanas estabas llenas de pelos, cómo si no las hubiesen cambiado y otras con manchas de sangre. A la hora de acostarnos no hacíamos más que escuchar la pelea que había abajo, no había modo de descansar. Otra decepción fue la ducha, que salía o helada o hirviendo, no había punto medio, francamente no volveríamos, no lo recomiendo para nada.

La chambre n’étais pas du tout comme sur le photos. Cheveux présent dans les armoire. La literie étais horrible et vieux. Le seul point positif étais la climatisation et surtout ne compter pas sur leur wifi (1G). Sinon le service est bien accueillant et respectueux.
