So many things to say about this Hotel. The staff are some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. Thanks to Bagus, Beny, Dina, Oka and if I was to name everyone I’d be here all day. From the security that keep you safe, to the drivers of the cart, the lobby staff and spa staff. They take the time to learn your name and offer incredible service. Would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful safe n convenient stay at De Vin Sky with my girlfriend! The staff were extremely friendly n helpful every day, esp the dining staff…..Oka was a standout! The only criticism l have is of my fly ridden n dark room 106, and the unruly young Australian men that were allowed to drink excessively from 8am around n in the pool to the point of being sick insight of fellow guests! We’ll be back!

We have stayed many times at De Vin Skye, but we are usually quite happy there, but on this occassion was well under par. We were postioned near the below ground rooms that looked like a bomb site. During the morning upgrades of new were conducted whilst asleep. Reuqested some fly sprey for the mosqiutos, on 3 occassions and no one came or helped. On our leave from the hotel we requested our bags be put in the car servcie as we out during the day, paid for the service and the bags were left at the hotel. Shinning light was Okka , great service person.

The hotel looks lovely and the staff are really warm and friendly. They left us some lovely complimentary treats with it being our honeymoon. However, on own second evening we saw quite a big cockroach in our room. We called for hotel assistance and they did help, however the cockroach had hidden under a cabinet. We couldn’t change rooms as the hotel was booked up. We eventually fell asleep, however as there was no mosquito net, we felt uneasy about it. Another downside from that we didn’t get an apology or acknowledgment from the hotel staff which would have made up for it a little.

De Vins Sky was a great value for money place to stay in Seminyak. The staff are excellent and always such a pleasure to deal with. The pool area was a great place to hang out and watch the sunset. The breakfast was great each morning. The spot was perfect to walk in to Seminyak and to the beach which there is a shuttle bus for anyway if you didn’t want to walk. We had three rooms between us and had a great stay.

August 2024 This hotel is so beautiful. I had an amazing experience thanks to the staff, Specifically, and special thanks to: Widia reception Adi bartender Bila restaurant Benny Reception Radit Bell Boy The food was astounding with great combinations of local and foreign cuisines, 24 hour room service, the breakfast buffet is a must do every morning with their unlimited coffee until 10am. You couldn't fault the service either. Everything from the room service, to the cleaners and the bar staff. Needed an iron a couple of times, called the front desk and it was in my room within minutes. This place is the pinnacle of "service with a smile" I will return.

Water is lukewarm but not hot at bathtub, hence, no hot bath. Drainage smells in the shower. Everything else is superb. Free shuttle to the Potato Head Bach Club is a bonus.

Really disappointed in this hotel! Don’t get me song the staff and their kindness is the only reason I will put 2 stars but apart from that not great. We had sit conditioning issues multiple days, they couldn’t even figure the issue out and were had to leave our room at 3am to sleep in another room. I had called them since 11pm and they only thought moving us at 3am was suitable, pretty silly considering how much we paid for that room. It was a “whirlpool suite” literally nothing about it screamed out suite. Just bigger room more space with furniture in random areas. The glass door wasn’t even properly fitted with a massive gap , so many mosquitos would come in and hot air plus with our ac issues made it even worse. Please do not book the whirlpool suite it is not worth it at all. The hot tub outside was filthy with dirty things coming out of it every time we turned it on. Or bathroom SMELLED LIKE ABSOLUTE S*** !!! I wouldn’t recommend this place, unless you stay for maybe 3 days. Nothing longer. We had to struggle for 2 weeks, and buffet breakfast was really not great. Barely any variety with lack of flavour.
