"The room was really hot so couldn’t sleep. The beds were made up singles but pushed together like a double, we wanted a twin. On arrival we had to change rooms as the first room they gave us had a baby cot. One of the lifts stopped working and there was no evening food available and no shops near by. I wouldn’t stay there again as I didn’t feel like I slept at all!"

"The hotel is old . The staff is nice and Lena is a lovely receptionist . I stayed there 6 days my room was never clean ... Not the fault of the staff just the organisation and the hotel needs to be reorganised. "Stay here was four nights. This hotel is kept meticulously clean, the staff are all very polite and pleasant and always helpful as we know little french, large car park pleasant breakfast and good tasting coffee, for a hotel prices were very reasonable, we would certainly recommend and would like to stay here again "

"Armand (owner) was very helpful, even though I was only there for a very short time. He allowed me a flexible check in and was very friendly. He brought breakfast to my room in the morning. I didn't really explore the area but I know Lyon fairly well. It was a 20 minute walk to Part-Dieu Station but of course you could get a direct bus or tram easily. A taxi cost me £13 from Part Dieu to the property. It is exactly as described."

"This co living space was gorgeous! Gym on site, laundry and a kitchenette with a small fridge. Front desk was very helpful and professional. I’m glad I picked this for my first stay in Alton. Definitely worth it. 10/10"
