"When I was reading the reviews I noticed that there was a 9.2 rating for this hotel, however, it was not a clean hotel. My carpet was beyond stained and dirty in my room. The walls were all scuffed up and dirty Hotel is definitely worn out Although the location is absolutely fantastic and center to everything, the actual facilities is definitely dated. The staff was super friendly. There is no breakfast. A few small offerings throughout the day for pretty nice. Other than that, I would say...

"Very close to Duomo and the shopping center as well as lots of dining options. It does get loud though until about 10pm at night. Wasn’t a problem for us as we were awake any how. The only issue was that the shower was incredibly small even though the bathroom was huge. Breakfast was wonderful and there was even a rooftop bar/restaurant with duomo views. Would definitely stay here again. "

"There Are many people at the entrance but its unclear why. They smile and talk nicely but dont help out with the luggage down or up the stairs, neither when arriving nor when departing. The bed is hard and the pillows way to soft. Breakfast is very Nice!"
