"We were a family of 4, including two small kids. The room was comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect as it was close from everything you need yet away from the noise of the music and the traffic. The owners were nice people and very welcoming. My only comment is on the breakfast, it needs a bit of improvement."

"Pour le tarif payé c était très bien! Terrasse avec vue mer Il y’a des effort de rénovation, salle de bain refaite mais les finitions aïe aïe 🙃 faudrait changer le mobilier maintenant qui fait vieux. Emplacement parfait, on descend la rue et vous êtes au cœur des plages de ksamil, c est calme (juste un bruit régulier d un moteur en bas) Le restau en bas 4th island est tres sympa et prix correct. "Suites were amazing with a great view of the pool and sea. Very clean and modern rooms. I loved the tub in my room & the rainfall shower was pretty large. I did not like that my suite had a shared balcony; so the staff found me another room with 2 private balconies. The staff is great and super responsive. They will provide excellent customer service to ensure your visit is pleasant. Highly recommend! Be sure to check out the 2 pools, bar, and private beach. 10/10"

"Really lovely stay and amazing super friendly staff, no tray charge on room service is a nice touch and makes up for lack of tea and coffee facilities in room. Rooms are very large and we had a lovely balcony with a great view of the bay. WiFi is not the best in room if you are on a working holiday but fine in the restaurant/lobby "

"Property is very clean and modernized compared to many others in the area. Good breakfast offered and the lobby bar is actually very nice . The staff anre extremely welcome, friendly and professional. Although this hotel is a bit south of the main square/ corniche area it actually is very beneficial. The main area tends to be very crowded and hectic, this property allows you to actually have some peace and quiet while keeping you in walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. The beach is very close…just a 3 minute walk down the hill but be prepared to pay the fee to access the beach clubs(20 euro) and wear water shoes as it is very rocky. The only negative of the hotel is that the main entrance is actually below street level so if you’re being dropped off, you have to walk down several flights of steps with all your bags. The elevator only runs within the building and does not reach street level. It does go to the Parking lot which is below the building but can only be accessed by driving around the block(gps will lead to the main entrance at street level). Otherwise… we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend. "

Great hotel in amazing location.

"Great hotel in amazing location just next to the beach. Reception staff were incredibly helpful & everyone was very friendly & welcoming. Lovely breakfast buffet included for free. This had a wide range of food and plenty of choices. Sunloungers & beach towels also included for free which saved lots of money as these cost 10euros for 2 elsewhere. We booked a family suite which was perfect for the 4 of us as it gave our 2 teenagers a separate adjoining bedroom. Cleaners came daily with new towels & the place was spotless. Rooms had soundproofing which was great so never heard other guests. The bed had quite a hard mattress but that would be my only note and to be honest it was so much better than sleeping on a mattress that is too soft! Little supermarket and lots of beach restaurants a couple of minutes walk away but no noise problems. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely hope to come back and visit soon."

"The apartment was great for us to base our adventures in the south of Albania! Location is outside of the downtown area so theres peace and quiet. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I would come back for sure. "
