"We didn’t have any problems except check in was slow. Bot our driver was called by a security guard. He has been doing his job for over 20 years and come to St Regis on a number of occasions and knows the entry procedure throughly. The security manager did apologise but the guard who said it should have apologised. You staff should learn to respect everyone whether guests or anyone and question accordingly. Don’t just presume. That marred my stay."

Great value for money with breakfast and all day long hot beverages included. Anything chargeable is priced reasonably. The area is great and close to CSM gothic station and only a short walk through the hubbub of Fort to Colaba and the tourist hot spots. Well worth the stay and will use again."
