"We were checked in by a great receptionist. She gave us our room early and was very polite. The hotel is in great walking distance from a lot of touristy spots so we walked everywhere. I definitely recommend this hotel "

"Great hotel Location for financial district and close to all subway lines. Also very quick drive into manhattan without midtown traffic. Close to little italy and chinatown and walked to 9/11 site. Quick walk to NYSE!"

"Our room 4009 was great, yes it was small but that's to be expected in NYC, my husband, baby, and I all were comfortable, the bathroom was big enough and the shower head was actually high for tall people. Our room had a water view and a city view which we loved plus it was away from the elevators, we did not want a room in front the elevators. People complained about the elevators but we had zero issues Thursday and Friday. Saturday morning elevators were busy and took a little bit to get down but that was a peak day and we were not in the hotel that day at all to care. We will definitely stay here again, we really enjoyed our stay. "
