"Our room 4009 was great, yes it was small but that's to be expected in NYC, my husband, baby, and I all were comfortable, the bathroom was big enough and the shower head was actually high for tall people. Our room had a water view and a city view which we loved plus it was away from the elevators, we did not want a room in front the elevators. People complained about the elevators but we had zero issues Thursday and Friday. Saturday morning elevators were busy and took a little bit to get down but that was a peak day and we were not in the hotel that day at all to care. We will definitely stay here again, we really enjoyed our stay. "

"We had a early arrival from a flight so i asked them a few weeks earlier if we could have a early checkin as we did not want to carry our bags around and we wanted to have a room so we could sleep a little. I was told that they couldn't get us a room early but could take our bags for us. I gave them my number and they called by 1115am to tell me they had our room ready. We were very pleased.
