"I will only stay at One Dutch when I visit FiDi from now on. Ive been to many oher hotels in FiDi and this is the best for the size and comfort of the room. My room at One Dutch was about 3x the size of a normal NYC hotel room plus extremely clean and modern. If you are needing a hotel for a longer stay in FiDi, this is the one you want."

"Got the wrong room and they relocated us only the next day at 4pm. It took us more than 4 calls and they tried to let us stay in the smaller room that we did not book. Not pro-active. Didn‘t offer to pay back the difference, only a ‚late‘ checkout at 2pm even when we asked for payback. Room was clean and the bed good. "

"What a gem! I was nervous about the virtual front desk but it worked out wonderfully. They allowed me to check in early which was a blessing on a cold January day! The room was compact but well put together. Great to have a fridge, tea, microwave and sound machine. I was able to make the room nice and warm during the day and cool at night to sleep. Also - the sheets smelled wonderful. My only suggestion is to allow the shower water to get hotter. Five stars!!"
