"Our room was large and comfortable, but was very warm and there didn’t seem to be any air conditioning control. The breakfast staff were brilliant , but the pool attendant made us move away from the pool to eat our lunch even though we did not see any signs stating this ..she then sent a waitress to take our drinks order even though we hadn’t requested this and we felt obliged to order. "Overall, the Sol Arena Tenerife is a good hotel for its location, staff service, and breakfast. Though, I would like to point out that it was a tad costly for some of the amenities that room was lacking, such as an air conditing system and even a refrigerator. If the price point per day was a bit lower than what I paid for, I would have given it a 5/5. "
