"After having read a lot of negative reviews we were a little apprehensive about the hotel but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We were able to check-in an hour and a half early and staff were all very friendly and professional. Room was lovely and everywhere was very clean. Some building work going on but didn’t cause any issues. Plenty of choice at mealtimes and it was always presented beautifully. The rooftop bar is amazing! Bit of a steep hill or steps into town but lots in the area...

The next morning, Michael greeted me at reception with his sunny smile, and I immediately knew I would be right at home. "Our two night stay at Santa Catalina was pure luxury with its spacious accommodations. With gardens near lounge areas and restaurants as well as a beautiful patio and pool on the top level of the hotel we had every possible ideal space for entertaining visitors. The atmosphere created by this restored structure 100 years old was simply stunning. We were so thrilled to have been able to experience it on the last days of our trip. We’ll be back!"

"From start to finish we greatly enjoyed our stay. We were greeted by a very warm welcome which was also most helpful. The housekeeping staff were very lovely, efficient and friendly. The app was most helpful in sharing information and quick communication. We had a problem with our toilet which was quickly resolved. The staff greeting us at breakfast were welcoming and friendly. We would certainly recommend the hotel and look forward to our next stay."

"Lots of flies in the bathroom and also cockroaches found in the room. Room cleanliness was sometimes lazy but food was nice and staff friendly "

"Stayed here for a week with our 9 year old twin granddaughters. Spacious clean apartment, had all we needed. A bit noisy at night due to bar and music but that did not affect our sleep. Kids play area was small but the girls liked it. The pool got busy, so head down early and you have to book a sunbed so get to the kiosk early. Shirt walk to shops and various restaurants, 30 euros for a taxi to the airport and same for Siam park, was a bit far down for Siam park tbh, as taxi 30 euros each way ....

"Este hotel es uno de los mejores hoteles de Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Mi ultima estancia fue del 30/5/ al 8/6/23. Las habitaciones y los baños son amplios y muy cómodos aunque alguna de las habitaciones standard necesitan un poco de renovación. Puntos a mejorar es el desayuno creo que la variedad de la comida no es tan buena como antes, como la fruta por ejemplo. La comida del restaurante es buena. El servicio de recepción al cliente es excepcional. Quisiera agradecer las atenciones que siempre...
