"We were originally thought the hotel was not at part with the Sofitel brand, it was kinda small in scale and lobby facilities, however the staff and the manager of the front desk Mr. Li was very helpful to make our stay as smooth as possible, they even upgraded our room to make it at home. It was once a W hotel. "

"This hotel is exactly what you would expect from a holiday inn, everything is of a good basic 4☆ standard. Everything you need, staff are all nice and very efficient, location is good, it is a ten minute walk to a metro station, and the beijing underground is excellent, and very easy to use. "The staff were very friendly and helped us book taxis and Tiananmen square as well as letting us check in early, providing bottled water and letting us leave our bags in the hotel upon check out. The air conditioning and shower is good. The hotel is a little far from a metro station but taxis are cheap so it doesn’t really matter. The bed was quite hard."

"Made to feel welcome. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wifi was quite hit and miss. I had times where I could not use WeChat or Alipay. "Nice for hanging out and walking around for shopping and visiting museums. Not far from Beijing capital international airport. Very convenient for travel to different locations. Nearby subway stations. Only thing is room not that big but still good for two people have good time there. Good breakfast. West food and local style. "

"Loved this stay! From start to finish, every one of the staff was so helpful. I speak zero Mandarin, so I needed lots of help and this staff delivered. When I was getting help with transportation to the airport, it was pointed out I had the wrong time and missed my flight. Bummer, but the staff at concierge (Elvis was his name) actually got on the phone with the airlines and was able to rebook the following day and got my original room rebooked while he was on that call. 5 ⭐️s are not enough for this awesome location and incredible staff. "

"Me and my newly married wife are having great experiences staying there with comfortable bed on demand room service for food. Their concierge are top notch and supportive.
