"This property is awesome if you are wanting to walk to the shops and restaurants. The property also has everything you need if you wanted to just stay there. The staff, outside of the girl who works in the food area, are extremely nice and accommodating. There was just one girl who was rude to my boyfriend and the other people in line this morning. But one bad attitude isn’t going to trump all of the other awesome employees. We enjoyed the pool area (Mikey was awesome!) and we also tried the swan boats this time which were fun. We will definitely stay here whenever we visit Long Beach. Definitely recommend. "
"Beautiful, clean property very helpful attentive staff room was gorgeous and clean. Area around is also nice and clean, but there was a tremendous presence of street people."
"Convenient if you’re taking the ferry to Catalina; the hotel is just a 7-minute drive away. It’s also close and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again if I was in Long Beach."
