"The rooms are very dark. There’s no TV for when you want to relax and just watch television. I know people travel to go on holiday but we were there for something other than holiday the glass of see-through so if you’re with your family, it’s hard to take a shower you have to turn off all the lights and use your cell phone light to shower."

"The property was located in a great area. Less than a minute walk to St. Pancras International station. The staff was very friendly and answered all questions we had regarding the property. We were able to check in several hours earlier than the posted check in time and were even offered a room upgrade! I enjoyed everything about the hotel and all the amenities provided. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking to stay in the London area! "

"Did not realize that the hotel opens into the river walk where you can walk to the popular areas of London easily. I wish we knew this earlier on. We very much enjoyed our room- good sized and comfortable. We also enjoyed the friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again. "
