Love how there is a Starbucks in the lobby area ! Staff was nice and laid back which was amazing ! They parking is right beside the hotel but is paid parking, which was the only downfall of the stay but convenience wise it was worth it for the price and parking due to walkable destinations and cheaper Ubers downtown. Thanks Hilton hotels 😀

Bulbs were out in the room. No bottles of water in the room had to purchase at front desk which was almost $14. Small T.V. Construction being done outside of the building, which was messy as there was debris at front entrance. Parking is $24.00 plus tax, would recommend parking across the street for $7 a day. Blinking LED un the room which cam be annoying to some. The bed was very comfortable though.

First this place is very dated and the entrance where the front desk is run down. Unfriendly staff at the front desk when we were checking. Room we got was nice and big but again very dated. Walls are paper thin and could hear the people in the room beside us and the elevators non stop all night. Beware parking is $24 per night. Will not use this location again. Not worth the price we paid for the room.

The night manager Amwar is incapable of performing his duties. Due to his inability to handle a security situation, he jas made me feel insafe staying at the hotel. His rudeness was the only exceptional part of his service. I would NOT return to this hotel, and i hope Doubletree higher ups do a thorough review of the managwmt of this property.

There was a charge of $24 for parking that was not evident when we booked the room. Unacceptable. Expedia should have let this be known to us, as it has a bearing on whether we booked with you or not. Very disappointing. Also, the Starbuck's in the lobby closes at 3 PM. That is the check-in time and it would have been nice to bring a coffee to our room after driving 2 hours . This may be a Starbuck's issue but the hotel should have a say in that matter. We did have a nice dinner at Blake's in the hotel and our service there was excellent.

The location of the property is great. However, the rooms are dated, and alot of the rooms smell like smoke. I really believe this is from the outdated carpets and window coverings. This hotel definitely needs some updates.

I did not like having to pay for parking each day and that there wasn’t any complimentary breakfast included for that price I was charged. In fact I did not notice any complimentary water in the lobby either. I was awakened multiple times at night by the noise of sirens and dump trucks. There was no fan in the washroom and the toilet barely flushed.. all in all I was not very happy with my stay there :(
