"We were here for 5 days. It was a return trip so we knew what to expect. The accommodations are comfortable and the common areas are lovely. The hotel is a couple of blocks from the beach but an easy walk. "

"We absolutely loved it here! It’s even better than the pictures. We had a beautiful ocean view, it was spotless, check in was perfectly communicated and very easy. We rented a golf cart to get around and they had a little spot for us to park. But everything is very walkable too so you don’t really need one. "

"We liked that the pools were big, beautiful and clean. The beach was quiet and sandy. The staff were friendly. There was space in the condo for 5. We liked the heated pool on the beach as the other pools were quite cold. The kitchen was sufficiently supplied. We didn’t like the noise coming from next door due to poor insulation. The property is fairy new but aging quickly due to weather and poor upkeep. The AC units dripped when used for more than a few hours. We could have used some beach...

"The property was very nice. We loved the location. It was a quick walk to get groceries, eat at many different restaurants, and close to the beach."

"The property, to no fault of their own, was very noisy due to construction directly across the street which meant we could not enjoy the pool. The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place."

"This is good property with walking distance to beach. However, It is not ideal for people with disabilities as you have to take a few steps to the first floor and then walk down a street that is relatively steep. They were great with communication. If you need to purchase grocery just ask staff and they will assist. Restaurants were located about 10 minutes away. "

Everything you could ask for plus a living room and kitchen table. We loved it. We stayed at "Casa Mini""

"Booked for a family of 4 in Feb 2025. This is a really unique hotel because it is not a beachfront hotel, rather it is a mountain/hillside hotel. This hotel is about a 25 minute ride from the PVR airport. Unfortunately we were a group of 7 people and paid 120USD from the airport to the hotel, then going back from the hotel to the airport we paid 55USD. "We really enjoyed and appreciated our stay for the adult only fact. However adult only hotel should be more lenient with the roof top hours. The rooftop is a nice tranquil feature with pools and hot tubs a bar etc. They say if you got it flaunt it. "

"Excellent stay, from the reception staff to the servers and housekeepers all show pride in their work, room was excellent and grounds were good. Only negative was that guests would reserve loungers with their towels and despite signs to the contrary nothing was done about it, even is guests didn’t show up for 4-6 hours"
