"This is a lovely boutique hotel, minutes walk uphill from soa bento rain station. It is hidden in plain sight, and even the police a block away could not find it. Marianne, the owner , is wonderful, and helpful. Breakfast was cooked to order, and the bed was fabulous. We were walking distance from everything. It is very quiet at night, even though near a busy street. "

"Amazing 5 star hotel with excellent amenities, such as pool, spa, and great bar & restaurant. It is also beautiful and has great decor. I loved the stone look inside. The room was very spacious, the bed super comfortable with tons of pillows. The bathroom was very nice, they gave us robes, slippers, and other kits. "Balcony overlooking the pedestrian only Rua Flores. No traffic, quiet, huge space. I was concerned about no front desk but check-in was easy and quick. The staff at the office—Elizabeth, Beatrice, and Mafalda were extremely helpful. I’ll definitely recommend this property. "
