"Outstanding service and a great locati highlight this place. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome The street can be very loud with the trolley going by during the day and cars. But the service, from greeting to leaving is absolutely the best!"
"The property check in system was lacking, having not received any details for self check in until after arriving and anxious to get in. We had to call places that was difficult to do without a phone number in a foreign property. They kept saying we were getting text messages but again we did not have access to them. After we got it all sorted the stay itself was nice, quite spacious and quiet. A nosy neighbour did say we were being too loud when we had a flight to catch at 4am even though we...

"This hotel is a lovely location in Porto. About a 20 min walk to the waterfront area. We had a car so needed a place with parking and the parking here was excellent. It’s adjacent to a little mall and food court. The room was large and clean. The staff were wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. "
"Every person who works at Tivoli Kopke was extremely helpful and friendly! The hotel is beautiful and the amenities are amazing! I felt like I was staying in an art gallery as there are many amazing pieces throughout the hotel spaces.Great stay!!!!"
"It was our first experience in a concept hotel, and it was definitely a positive one. There are no rooms as such, but rather ‘boxes’ with no windows or natural light, so if you intend to spend most of your time in Porto in your hotel room, this isn’t the property for you. The idea is to make use of the shared spaces… and it was great! I must admit we didn’t eat at the restaurant or use the bar, but there is an amazing terrace with two small pools, a sauna, and a couple of places to chill. It’s an extremely interesting place. An honourable mention to the staff members who did a great job. Thanks"
