"Basic hotel on the edge of Pisa, but with an excellent bus service into the city centre right outside the hotel (bus every 15 minutes). Hotel has a large car park. Room has a balcony and a decent sized bedroom. Bed was comfortable."

"Friendly staff. Basic somewhat dated rooms. But this is reflected in the price. Excellent facilities especially fully equipped kitchen for self cooking. A little away from the center but near a cheaper supermarket."

"The pictures are deceiving the Inn is inside a big building. There is no parking space in this area at night and during the day you have to pay for street parking. Once you are inside the Inn is really homey. I enjoyed the bedding. Only complaint would be that I couldn't control the temperature in the room. I was hot in the morning and I couldn't open the window."

"Pros: Great location, so close to Piazza del Duomo, restaurants etc. We had the attic room which was big enough for our one night stay (2 adults and 1 child). Comfy beds and good WiFi. Breakfast was good value and staff were very friendly and helpful. Cons: Cleanliness of room could be improved, black mould in bathroom and lampshade likely due to lack of ventilation in attic rooms"

"This place was unique. Walkable to local restaurants so you get to eat like locals, get a gelato , maybe from Argentinos, but homemade! Park in the street. Maria Gli was very communicate with us. Room is clean, cute, safe and quiet sleep! Very good experience for a fam. with kids. I definitely recommend this option for a budget and want to explore “local” more than a typical tourist."

"It is a room in the house with private bathroom. Its ok to sleep and go,clean enough . The check in was difficult. The phone numbers provuded at the entrance were outdated. You have to contact the owner at least a day before and plann accordingly. I was traveling by carand it waanot convenient as all the trip was a discovery for us and we didnt know where and when we would stop for longer time."

"The property, rooms and surrounding gardens are just wonderful. Picturesque and very peaceful. The rooms are stunning. Only thing we missed was any guidance, signs etc to point to reception and breakfast area. It's a little search and find. Also there was no coffee or bar service as mentioned as all was closed, so I would recommend to enquire beforehand if you plan to use these facilities. Not a problem once you know as there are options a short drive away or just enjoy a picnic and a wine in...

"Ho alloggiato nella struttura per soli 2 giorni, ma la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari è stata evidente ancora prima del mio arrivo. "Lovely property. Felt a bit unsafe having to walk through a long underpass to get into town but it’s only a 10min walk so really convenient. Please make sure you have transfers sorted as there is no where to get or order a taxi from! "

"It was a great property except that it has very low ceilings especially in bedroom with 4 twin beds and low ceiling in bathroom. Also there is only 1 bathroom which I didn't realize from photos. Breakfast was not available but lots of restaurants and cafes within a 5 minute walk"

"This place should be calle Miramosquito instead of Miramare. This is an outright camp site. And the reality is that you should be prepared to deal with the huge insects that feast on your blood. Bring your bug spray. "We stayed in the room named Torre di Pisa and it has the most amazing view of the tower. It is literally 25 steps away. I would say this view ranks up there as one of the best in the world. Incredible! "
