There was a chemical smell in the room. Overall the stay was good."

"This place is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. The property has gorgeous landscaping all throughout the place. There is an awesome pool and a trampoline. Patio area to chill at and the rooms are in great condition. Set up like an apartment with a full kitchen. There was no storage for our luggage, which took up valuable space and no kettle to boil water for tea. We had to use the saucepan. However pouring boiling water from a big pan into a small cup was tricky. Manager told us Italians don't use kettles.pool was good and short walk to beach."

"We arrived at the hotel very late, to a friend of Welcome and the offer of room service for some drinks, as the hotel didn’t have a bar The staff kindly helped us to get our bags to our room which is very spacious and clean, although a little bit tired in decoration. However the excellent location of the hotel in the historic centre overlooking the river more than made up for the decor. A pleasant buffet breakfast was included in the price. All of the staff were extremely helpful & friendly. I would happily stay there again "

"The room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace is a real bonus with beautiful views and easy access at all times and nice shaded areas to sit and enjoy the vista. The hotel is very close to all the major attractions on the doorstep. Breakfast was excellent, the staff extremely kind and helpful and the facility to leave luggage as needed, before check-in or after check-out. Best of all, they had our room ready when we arrived, well before the official check-in time. Very much appreciated. "
