"When I booked the room,I didn’t expect to be in a second floor and there were a construction in the building.The bathroom was so small.The breakfast was good,especially the coffee!"

"The pictures are deceiving the Inn is inside a big building. There is no parking space in this area at night and during the day you have to pay for street parking. Once you are inside the Inn is really homey. I enjoyed the bedding. Only complaint would be that I couldn't control the temperature in the room. I was hot in the morning and I couldn't open the window."

"Hotel was in a very good area on the seafront on Southern outskirts of Livorno. The hotel was very clean and staff brilliant. There were small selection bars and restaurants close by and centre of town about mile and a half walk along lovely seafront. Breakfast was very good."

"Albergo datato ma esclusivo. Avevo già soggiornato in quest’albergo con un esito non proprio positivo ma ho voluto riprovare. Niente è cambiato purtroppo. Pessima capacità della gestione ospiti. Arrivato sotto la pioggia nessuno si presentava per aiutarmi a scaricare (parliamo di un 5 stelle). Richiesta di pagamento in anticipo del parcheggio e tassa di soggiorno. Niente acqua da bere in camera, ma consegnata alla partenza una bottiglietta(incomprensibile). Peccato ma mai più. "

"Bruttissima esperienza,al arriva ci hanno comunicato che hotel era pieno (nonostante avevamo pagato e la prenotazione era confermata) e ci avevano mandato al hotel Borghese sito al centro storico zona ZTL che il nostro amico per venire a prenderci era costretto a venire prima delle 6 (appuntamento era le 8)"
