"The property was surrounded by other hotels within a fenced in area, which made it safe. My wife and young kids were comfortable walking around to restaurants within the compound. Outside of the fenced in area seemed a bit uncomfortable due to the state of buildings and houses, which were worn down and unkempt. "

"I stayed one night and it was a pleasant stay. The hotel location is great and is fairly new, so the rooms were very nice and clean. The front desk staff were friendly. The complimentary breakfast served daily was very good and offered more than just the standard continental breakfast options. This is my favorite hotel to stay at when I'm in Chicago. Will be back for sure."

"Overall, it was a good stay. It is convenient for an early flight out of Midway, and the shuttle is always on time. Upon check-in, the woman at the front desk was not friendly and barely made eye contact with us. However, the morning staff was exceptional! "
