The pool spa area is lovely but not masive, was fine for us as we stayed off season but imagine it would get very busy peak season, shame rooftop bar was closed in november, but good views from bar on 12th floor. The very fancy shops are 5 mins away, but centre of town is more like 20-35 mins away if like me you like a walk, if not bus/metro within 5-7mins so convenient if not the closest. Good...

"This has to be one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff were all amazing especially Camila who initially greeted us and gave us tips on where to visit and eat. The cappuccino on arrival was so welcome. Location was perfect near Rossio Square but still quiet at night. The buffet breakfast spread selection was incredible. Largest I have ever seen. I loved this hotel and can’t wait to return. Fantastic. "

"A great location for a tourist! Walk to main attraction or to Subway station or catch a tuk-til ride ( they are everywhere). Our room was perfect, newly remodeled, contemporary, clean. Even though it’s not a busy street, but Lisbon is a party town, so you’ll hear some street singing at night and early morning. Also, keep in mind, it is a guest house.
