"The Be Poet is a very central hotel, close to sites, shopping and dining. The buffet breakfast was good. The toiletries provided included shampoo and body wash, cream and hand soap. The front desk hotel were very nice and always willing to assist with any question. "We felt the front desk personnel were welcoming, helpful and kind. They seemed very aware and attentive to every guest. We liked the offering of beverages and sweet treats in the reception area. The room was small yet well appointed. There was an umbrella for the rainy day. Not only was there a good blow dryer but also a flat iron for my hair. That was a win. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The windows are well insulated against street noise which was so nice. "

"Lovely clean rooms in a great location for old town. Only 2 issue with rooms is the towels which were showing signs of age i.e. well worn but they were changed when needed and lack of clothes hanging space (used hangers on door handles and managed). Basic breakfast provided if required but not much else at hotel, it is basically a nice room in a good location.
