"The pods themselves are great. Very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Did encounter an issue with the heating upon arrival. POD was so hot inside the surfaces were too hot to touch. Never had this happen before. Calls to office and emergency line were not answered. Had to drive around looking for someone and a nice staff, Kirsten, at the event facility helped me. Finally had to disconnect heating completely from pod. Unfortunately had to stay in the pod all night with the doors...

"The proprietor of this bed and breakfast was the highlight of the stay. She is advanced in years, but has more energy than someone half her age. Very funny and great to talk to."

"Although next to the forth bridge be mindful that most rooms that look out over the bridge are noisy. We had to upgrade to a better room as we are both very light sleepers and the noise from the traffic over the bridge was too noisy for us. On the whole the hotel food was good. Staff were most helpful and the location good. We got the train into Edinburgh from Queensferry north which is a 20 minute walk away from the hotel. Train into Edinburgh takes around 25 minutes. Would I go here again? I...

"Stayed Thur 21st - Sat 23rd Nov. Room was clean & tidy if a bit dated. No light in the entrance hall to the room which made it difficult to see & access the clothes hangers in the wardrobe area. Shower took ages to get hot. But the bed was excellent & really comfy. A good nights sleep had by both of us. Leisure facilities were excellent with a good sized pool. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices from cereal, breads & croissants, fruit & the usual cooked items."
