The rooms are a little dated and could do with a refresh. The doors are not acoustic rated and can hear everyone talking in the corridors when they arrive late at night or early for breakfast. Can also hear people walking around in rooms upstairs.

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, nothing was too much trouble for the team. Friendly, helpful staff, great food, and a terrific hotel—dog-friendly and spacious. The health spa was excellent, too. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. I can't wait to return!

A great place to relax and enjoy Falkirk
A lovely hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is really delicious; there's a good variety and serving staff could not be friendlier. We had a great spa experience, made even better by the very attentive and courteous staff and lovely facilites. Would definitely recommend considering this hotel if visiting Falkirk. Its gorgeous surroundings and position close to local attractions makes it a fantastic opportunity to relax and enjoy your trip.

Poor internet connections if you get a room at the back of the hotel despite advertising free internet. You could pay extra for a speed that everybody at the front the hotel gets for free.

All in all a lovely hotel. However, £6 for seasonal greens, which turned out to be half of a 49p broccoli is a bit of a p*ss take!

Nice clean hotel & friendly staff but food & drink prices are excessive - £12.50 for a large glass of an average white wine is just not acceptable & £18 for an average burger roll with frozen chips (this was the cheapest main meal on the menu) cannot be justified & this spoiled my stay I’m afraid

Staff are lovely . Spa is in a lovely setting with a large pool .Food could be hotter and the steak house offer more steaks ! My room was large and very comfortable if a little dated but I am not into the plain grey and beige so I liked the style .

We had a big large room which suited our needs. I loved the thick blackout curtains and I slept well. There was a wedding at the hotel but didn’t hear anything. The rooms were quiet and restful. The menu was very expensive (our rate did not include breakfast) so we chose to eat in town. We got taxis as didn’t arrive by car and it’s quite far from main towns/travel stations. The spa area was lovely but they only gave one medium sized towel, which really was only appropriate for my long thick hair and even when I asked they would not give me another towel. Reception staff were lovely and friendly.

Lovely staff and x 2 really nice dining experiences; dinner and breakfast, both nicely presented and cooked. Only slight downside was that my room was on the ground floor and there were really squeaky floorboards above me, late eve and early next AM.
