"The room was nice however the guys at the elevators going up To the rooftop bar were extremely discourteous. We spent about 3k because we had a large group on Friday night. He Aggressively askedfor an I.D. ( even though we’re in our 60’s ) And we were going to go up a second night but I was wearing a cap which we rudely found out was not allowed and the guy basically demanded we go back to our room to get rid of the hat. Instead we decided to take our business elsewhere. It’s not the policy...
