"My husband and I loved our stay at the Torel Avantgarde. We were forced to make a last minute reservation after finding that the AriBnB we reserved was horrible and not at all as advertised. "Located across the street from the theater, the hotel is ideally located within Porto, allowing for easy walk ability as well as the availability of Bolt and Uber drivers. Multitude of bars, restaurants in the immediate area. "The hotel is in a great location! Super close to all the tourist spots. Also right next to São Bento Station. Room was great overall, big king size bed and a good amount of room for luggage. Loved that they had slippers and the hair dryer even had a diffuser for curly hair! There is an italian restaurant downstairs which had amazing food. "A good size room, with large bath & shower, large comfortable bed, room on 1st floor - no noise, very good breakfast - great selection/options, all staff very helpful, very well equipped gym to accommodate all levels/needs. Good location for transport/train to airport. The restaurant meals however...very small portions (pasta dish) +50% for an average size portion. "

Good place to stay in Porto

"We had a really nice stay here. Good location with a shopping mall downstairs and metro stop out front. Very easy to get to the river on the metro. Big fail was no in room coffee but other then that very nice clean and comfortable despite the decor being stuck in the 90’s All in all good experience and would stay here again "
