"It’s a pretty decent hotel, but there are some things that could be improved for example; having safes in the rooms as well as WiFi available in the room. WiFi only works at the lobby and common areas and we have to ask front desk for a password that expires. "Property was amazing, we stayed in the treehouse, which was wonderful to wake up to bird noises and monkeys and other wildlife running around. The only challenges they charge for everything and you have no choices. Costs included internet, transportation from the dock to the hotel eac way etc. staff was great all excursions were great with the exception of the night walk in the Amazon. Same walk during the day would’ve been more informative. Treehouse was amazing but be prepared for bare bones...

"The place was very clean, and the staff (Alvaro and his son were really warm and welcoming We had steak, sausage, rice and French Fries by a bonfire at night. We were in a clear bubble where we had a beautiful view at night of the forest and sky. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic too. But once again, the cleanliness was amazing. A white sink, toilet, etc in the middle of the jungle in pristine condition, wow. Just a great environment and a chance to actually relax because we were taken...
