"I really recommend this property to anyone visiting Leticia. The facilities and staff were second to none and the latter bent over backwards to fulfill my requests. Special mention should go to Alex in the hotel's tour office. She assisted in designing tours for me that met my specific needs and all at a great price. Even if you're on a budget, try to stretch it in order to stay at this property. Trust me, it's worth it."

"We stayed in the tree house. Was Amazing once the water and electric was repaired. It’s a two hour ride up the river. With the drought you have to pay the hotel to send a boat for you and again to take you back. The internet is additional charge, lunch and dinner are also additional."
