"Great location and well maintained clean hotel. Nobody at reception when I arrived and no way to contact anyone so a bit of a wait. This is a traditional old British building (though modernised) but this does mean uneven floors, small corridors and lots of stairs. Rooms are more than comfortable, well decorated and overall I’d recommend this hotel and would stay again."

"Just right for my needs. Good location for access to town plus free parking. Unfortunately I did have noisy people in adjoining rooms who played loud music and the room the other side had tv on loud but that’s the lack of concern for others that’s all too common now and not the fault of the guest house. Breakfast was good and staff polite and helpful."

"I was met by Raj the very pleasant owner/manager and he was very attentive. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was excellent and cooked to order. Would definetly stay again."

"Lovely little B&B close to the seafront. Stayed here during off season so they arranged to meet me at the B&B for check-in and the communication was excellent. Very friendly staff during check-in and out. Easily walkable to the town and train station"

"It's a large hotel, totally cashless from check-in to the bar, no cash accepted anywhere. Made a mistake with my room allocation but quickly resolved by Dave on reception who was doing the job of two people. Decor could be better and the rooms but for what I paid it was outstanding. £5 to park your vehicle overnight but overall very good. The view over the sea in the morning was very welcome."

"What an amazing find. We can’t recommend Beachborough Park enough. From our first contact with Rob it could not have been better. He was so helpful and accommodating. When we arrived the welcome was warm and friendly.
