"Strange experience- no one at reception for check in but mail had been sent with details. 3 rooms on one floor- not sure if they were all dorms but only one bathroom for us to share which was a little annoying! Additional toilets downstairs but a bit out of the way. Some sheets were not changed on beds as other people checked out which I did not like. No one at reception for check out so we just had to leave. Overall strange set up but location was ok and cheap for Singapore "

"The room is small and it is expected. But there were ants running around your bed and I killed serval during each night. I didn't eat in the room so definitely not my fault. Besides the bathroom exhaust not quite functioning so mouldy smell is inside the room. And one more thing the wall is as thin as paper so you'll hear the neighbours. The cleaners start their works at 5am."

"I arrived late and wrote the facility while I kept ringing the doorbell for 5-10 minutes. No one responded. I waited outside for about another 5 minutes until another guest allowed me to walk in with her. I had luggage and was obviously not a likely burglar. No one was at reception. A few minutes later Edel walked in and registered me. The facility was OK, but there is no lock on the shared bedroom door and it is right across from reception. "You get what you pay for. Beds have no privacy, blanket is incredibly thin, there's little to no sound isolation, and to be honest the rooms smell kind of bad. Lots of disrespectful backpacker-type tourists, many of whom don't respect the rules (including taking off shoes). Would like to see rules better enforced, but it seems they don't have the staff for it. The good things are proximity to bus station and some decent restaurants nearby.
