It’s on the strip, dining and everything is accessible,the only downside is the time share staff who are sooooo persistent it borders on bullying so beware of the sales people, other than that, everything is fantastic. Also resort fees are not included in the price

Acie, the security guard grabbed my arm. I’m in a wheelchair… disrespectful beyond belief! He’s Playing a little power game at the elevators. Everyone that works here says the same thing, that they have heard other guests complaining about Acie. He’s a definite liability to this hotel. Poor hire.

Our bedroom was right next to the elevator and very loud at night. They offered a downgraded room to be away from the elevator. Ask for a room away from the elevator shafts, or move your mattress into the family room if you have to.

You had to go into the mile mall for anything. They have a Starbucks but if you do not like that and you just want a regular cup of coffee, that is not available. No place for a breakfast. You would have to walk to other casinos to get it.

Its a Hilton! The rooms are exceptional, the staff obviously hand picked to exceed customer satisfaction-the valet team and front desk team truly outstanding! The ladies whom cleaned my room did so with such care it was remarkable! Nice to have a hotel on the strip without having to walk through the chaos of a casino to get to get to my room. Love it!

It was really easy to check in, and all the staff were absolutely lovely. I definitely plan on staying with the Hilton family again. This was my first ever trip on my own with my boyfriend, and they all made it so easy and helpful!
