The property was nice but the staff and the noise level was not good. Customer service was terrible and noise level was inconvenient. People were loud and you could hear everything from your room. As much as you pay and have to put down on your card for property damage I would expect better service.

This is the most beautiful luxurious hotel i have ever been to. They have the best rooms. Amazing view. Loved the botanical gardens where they had displays made if flowers. Would come back for sure.

We absolutely loved our room with the fantastic view of the fountains. The service, the room and the hotel was perfect The location couldn't be any better. We will definitely be back.

The Bellagio is a beautiful hotel well located on the strip. The staff is professional and friendly. They have a magnificent area that seasonally displays thematic flowers and landscaping. It is worth a visit just to view it. The rooms are large but could use a little updating. Outlets by the bed and some more lights in the room would be helpful. There are many dining options. We ate at the Prime Steakhouse and it was wonderful. Of course the fountains out front are a must see on your visit to Vegas.

The room was clean. No coffee maker/bottled water. The front desk staff did not seem happy to help me and was a bit impatient and arrogant. The hotel was overpriced and overrated. All public areas were noisy and congested. The famed garden was fenced off for new arrangements which was very disappointing.

Charge for everything…hard to find your way around, cigarette smoke smell, nothing is comvenient and way too busy. Call to front desk gets you nobody….and resort charge gets you nothing but a big bill at the end…also no streaming services on TV so lame

From the rude and unhelpful front desk agent to the wallpaper peeling off the walls in the hallway to our room. We could not tell we were in a resort much less the Bellagio. We had upgraded to a Stay Well Premier room and there was supposed to be shower enhancements etc. Not only was there none of that the shower pressure was horrible and the makeup mirror light kept shorting out. The bed was quite comfortable. The restaurants were nothing spectacular. We found ourselves eating outside of the resort our whole trip. There were a large amount of children there which was disappointing.
