"The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from Santa Catalina bus station, which is a great way of getting to/from other parts of the island. The area around the elevator on the 14th floor smelled of dampness and mold but there was a sign indicating that they were resolving an issue. Aside from that the hotel and the room were very clean. The room was a good size and had a balcony with an amazing view of the city and the ocean. The fitness centre was small but had enough equipment to work with."

"We recently spent 6 nights at Occidental Las Canteras and the Hotel did indeed meet our needs: Location is great. You are a few steps off the Beach Las Canteras which is a gorgeous yellow sand with a long promenade full of bars and restaurants. The Hotel, although sells their stay as a resort, has no swimming pool neither provides beach service such as towels nor umbrellas/chairs. "It had no pool the so called family room was like a dungeon and the sun terrace was a few tables and chairs I also had to pay again on arrival because they had not paid the hotel, I will never use Expedia again de agents I spoke to about paying for our hotel offered me a 25€ voucher adding insult to injury, we arrived at the hotel with 3 tired child and unless we paid again we could not enter the room and refused to give me a refund to find another hotel do u plan on compensating me in some...
